About This Video

Hey there guys, Chad here. In this tutorial I show you how to connect Brevo to WooCommerce, and I cover two simple ways to do it so you can pick what fits your store. First, I walk through the direct method inside Brevo: you log into your account, go to your profile, click Integrations, select WooCommerce, and download the official plugin. Once installed, that plugin is designed to sync your contacts, order data, and customer interactions between WooCommerce and Brevo. Then I show the second method using Zapier, which acts like a bridge between the two platforms and doesn’t require any coding. I set it up manually so you can see every step: choose Brevo as the trigger (for example, “marketing email delivered”), connect Brevo using your API key from the SMTP & API settings, then choose WooCommerce as the action (like create order, update customer, or find product). After you connect your WooCommerce store via REST API credentials, you map fields, run a test, and publish the Zap so everything runs automatically from that point forward.
