In this tutorial, I walk you through exactly how to add and verify a domain in Brevo step by step so your emails look more professional and reach inboxes more reliably. Connecting your domain is one of the most important things you can do for deliverability and sender reputation, because it helps Brevo authenticate you properly and reduces the chances of landing in spam. I start from the Brevo dashboard and show you where to click: Settings (top right) → Senders, Domains & IP → Domains. From there, you’ll hit “Add a domain,” enter your domain name, and choose one of the three authentication options Brevo gives you: automatic authentication, manual authentication, or asking someone else to authenticate it for you. In the video, I choose the automatic option because it’s the easiest—Brevo handles the DNS records for you—and in many cases the verification completes within seconds. Once your domain shows as authenticated, you’re ready to send campaigns and automations with a better chance of inbox placement.
