Today I’m doing a February recap and a March reset—hot coffee included. I start by sharing my slow living favorites from February (I keep it simple this month: one product, one experience, one practice), then I move into my bullet journal prompts to reflect on what I actually did, what I’m proud of, and how my 2026 goals are feeling right now. My big February wins were picking up reading again (I started Half His Age), starting a new crochet sweater project, and showing up for daily book writing during the work week—something past-me genuinely wouldn’t believe. Then I take you into a Notion refresh, because my Notion “hub” has been way more fun since I started switching it up monthly instead of quarterly. I give it a March/spring transition vibe (even though we have several feet of snow outside), update images/quotes, and check in on my quarterly master to-do list—kitchen renovation planning is the big open item. Back in my journal, I set my March focus: strength training, because February didn’t go how I wanted. I talk through the real challenge (weekend laziness) and how I’m approaching it with mindset shifts—thinking of movement as nourishment, not a task. I wrap up by answering a question about my book: it’s non-fiction, in a guided, giftable, self-help-adjacent lane.
