About This Video

Do you have tasks scattered everywhere—Google Tasks, Google Keep, sticky notes, a whiteboard, or even handwritten notes on paper? In this video, I show you one of the fastest ways I know to pull all of that into one place using ChatGPT. The key move is simple: use your computer’s screenshot tool, paste the images into ChatGPT (no fancy prompt needed at first), and let it extract and combine everything into a single clean list. This is especially helpful when an app won’t let you easily copy text—like Google Tasks—because a screenshot bypasses all of that friction. Once I’ve got the master list, I take it a step further and drop it into a task manager I love: Trello. When you paste the list into Trello, it can intelligently turn each line into its own card, so you can start organizing and taking action immediately. Then I go back to ChatGPT and ask it to categorize the tasks into urgent, important, and not a priority. It’s not perfect, but it’s eye-opening—and it helps you quickly make a messy pile of ideas feel manageable. Remember: being productive does not need to be difficult. In fact, it’s very simple.
