This is especially helpful when you’re managing different teams, or you’ve got two components of the same larger project and you need visibility in more than one place—without duplicating work or letting details drift. I walk through a simple example using two boards (my “purple board” and “blue board”) and mirror a task card from one board into a specific list on the other board. The key takeaway is that this is a true sync: changes you make in either location—like adding labels or due dates—show up on the original card and the mirrored card automatically.
