Hey guys, I'm back with another tutorial that is really special to me, about a really cool backing synth in EDEN's latest, "love, death, distraction". I've been listening to this song quite a lot since it came out and every time this part comes on this tiny synth makes it sound so special, so I knew I had to try and recreate it myself :) In the video I talk about making the basic sound in a synth and then I go a bit more in depth on how guitar amp simulations or feeding your synth into real guitar amps can create this unique characteristic the synth from the original has. If there's a subject/sound you want me to cover in one of my future tutorials let me know in the comments below ;) Enjoy! ----------- Listen to EDEN's song here: https://youtu.be/lOQ67YQ56yE (Synth comes at 1:21) My Soundcloud: https://soundcloud.com/sharpendmoosic Contact me at: sharpendmoosic@gmail.com ----------- Background Link: https://flic.kr/p/2eHBd8f Taken by benmacaskill, modified by Sharpend.
