Tutorial #29 | Making An Organic Pluck In Massive X

Hey everyone!!! Massive X is out & I'm pretty damn excited, I've been feeling like I needed a new thing to try out for a while so this came out just at the right time. This one is the first sound I managed to get out of it, it sort of sounds like playing a hang drum in the forest which is pretty neat for a synth sound :P I'm going to keep experimenting with it to bring you other cool sounds as I get to learn this synth a bit more, if you have any questions about anything I did to program this patch let me know and I'll try to answer from what I know :) Some thoughts on the Massive X vs Serum thing: So far I think it provides a nice variation from Serum and while Serum is more easily understood and can do exactly what you want it to, Massive X feels more like something to experiment with and embrace the lesser "control" you have over the sound here, so each one definitely fills up a different niche.
