About This Video

This weekly vlog is me in the very last stretch of pregnancy, trying to treat every day like it could be my last before baby comes. I’m definitely feeling contractions (mostly in my back), I’m moving slower (fully in my “penguin” era), but I still wanted to push through and get life together—because I already know I’m not doing a full house reset once the baby is here. I start my mornings the way I need to: reading my Bible and praying for strength, peace, and the ability to not quit when I feel overwhelmed. I take you along for real-life errands too—Gap Outlet for Curtis’ pants (no luck on the size), but I did find the cutest neutral baby pieces and a little Sherpa suit (I grabbed pink 0–3 months because… I still feel like it’s a girl). I also do my Walmart re-up: Dove Sensitive bar soap, Dove Shea Butter & Vanilla body wash (I was influenced), Vaseline Cocoa Radiant, CeraVe cleanser + moisturizing cream, Pink Stuff bathroom foam, Bon Ami glass cleaner, Air Wick refills, Scrub Mommy, plus hospital bag snacks. I test the “natural” vanilla coffee creamer and give you my honest first impression. And yes—there’s cleaning, Christmas decor finally coming down, an IKEA bin run for toy organization, an OB update (38w3d, no cervical check yet), and hair maintenance with Chanel so I feel put together going into labor week.
