In this vlog I’m taking you along for some real life with a newborn and a toddler—like the kind of days where you blink and it’s already night. I start off on a quiet Sunday morning (because Asher slept over at his cousin’s house) and I’m honestly just grateful because Ever has been sleeping through the night more, so I’m actually well rested. I made an iced coffee and tried to get back into moving my body—10k steps, at-home Pilates, and those Glow With Jo workouts to get my steps in when it’s too cold to take Ever outside. I also share a little home/mom life—folding laundry, cleaning up the kitchen, and talking about what’s going on with Ever (I’m pretty sure she’s teething already because I’m seeing the drooling and those little white nubbies starting, just like Asher did). We get into some cozy home updates too, like my plan to grow a cut flower garden this year (cosmos, sunflowers, snapdragons, zinnias, and dahlias), and I take you along for a little date day at Break Free. And of course, I’m sharing faith in the middle of it all. I sit down with my Bible and talk through what stood out to me in 2 Corinthians 3—how the old covenant was glorious, but the new covenant through Jesus is even more overwhelming in glory because we can go straight to God. That part really stuck with me, and I wanted to share it with you.
