Day 7: Can Resistance Bands Get You Stronger and Mobile?

Day 7 of doing the same exercises I give to my patients. Today’s focus was TheraBand strength training mixed with mobility work to help the body move better, feel stronger, and stay more balanced. We started with warm-ups like neck rotation, shoulder circles, pelvic tilts, knee circles, and ankle circles to loosen up the joints and reduce stiffness before exercising. Then we used the TheraBand for: leg extensions hip abduction overhead squats shoulder butterflies side-stepping In between those, we also worked on mobility with trunk extension, forward bending, and threading the needle to keep the spine, shoulders, and hips moving well. This routine was designed to help with: posture lower body strength shoulder mobility hip stability walking control reducing stiffness and back discomfort These are the same types of exercises I use with patients who want to move better, stay independent, and keep their body strong without needing fancy equipment.
