Day 13 of doing the same exercises I give to my patients. Today’s routine focused on bed yoga, especially for hip mobility, spinal movement, and gentle stiffness relief. Nathan from Skills and Wellness Channel is sharing a simple bed-based routine that helps adults over 50 loosen tight hips, move their spine better, and start feeling less stiff without needing to get on the floor. Today we focused on bed yoga movements including hip side to side, hip clams, hip circles, figure four with a twist, figure four with a thigh hug, egg beaters, spinal twist, pelvic bridging, downward facing dog, cobra, cat and camel, threading the needle, and hip 90-90. This routine is helpful for improving hip mobility, back comfort, pelvic control, flexibility, and overall movement quality.
