Day 12 of doing the same exercises I give to my patients. Today’s routine focused on TheraBand upper body strengthening and hip mobility. Nathan from Skills and Wellness Channel is sharing another simple home therapy routine designed to help adults over 50 build strength, improve posture, and move better using a chair and a resistance band.
