Day 3 of doing the same exercises I prescribe to my patients. Today's focus was mobility. Not strength. Not cardio. Not burning calories. Just improving the way the body moves. Over the years, I've noticed that many people think they're getting weaker as they age. But often, the real problem is that their joints stop moving the way they're supposed to. Their hips get tight. Their back gets stiff. Their stride gets shorter. And walking starts feeling harder than it should. That's why today's routine focused on the areas that have the biggest impact on walking and independence: ✔ Neck mobility ✔ Shoulder mobility ✔ Spinal mobility ✔ Hip mobility ✔ Hamstring flexibility ✔ Balance and coordination ✔ Ankle and calf strength These are the same exercises I use with patients who want to walk better, climb stairs more confidently, improve balance, and stay independent longer. The goal isn't to become more flexible. The goal is to move better. Because when your body moves better, everyday life becomes easier.
