In this video I unbox, assemble, and install the Huanuo heavy duty dual monitor arm/stand (HNDS7) on my standing desk, and I walk you through the whole setup step-by-step. The main goal here is simple: free up dead space, clean up the look of the desk, and get way more flexibility from a dual monitor setup. I’m running a heavier older LG 34-inch plus a 27-inch ASUS, and this arm is rated to handle up to 35-inch monitors and 26 lbs per arm—so my setup is well within the limit. I cover both mounting options (clamp vs grommet), what parts you actually use depending on your desk, and the one small hiccup I ran into (I installed one arm upside down at first—easy fix). I also show the built-in cable raceways for cleaner cable management, plus one of my favorite features: the built-in USB 3.0 ports in the base for charging and data while reducing clutter. After dialing in the gas spring tension with the included Allen keys, you can raise monitors up to about 20 inches, push them forward up to about 20 inches, and tilt/swivel into landscape or portrait. For around $139, I think it’s worth it—especially because monitors keep getting bigger and more people are running two screens for productivity or gaming. The construction is sturdy, the adjustments are solid, and it genuinely upgrades both aesthetics and comfort.
