I walk through how the touch controls work (power, color cycling, and brightness), and I’ll be real with you: the buttons are kind of hard to see unless you’re right up on them. But the build quality is the big surprise here. The main light shaft is metal, and the base is heavy—like “you’ve gotta bump it pretty hard” heavy—so it feels practical, not just gimmicky RGB plastic. I also cover setup tips (that set screw can be annoying until you align it right) and the included extension that lets it work for bass or longer/pointier guitars. Is it worth $250? If you want a killer-looking stand for a studio corner, practice space, or video background, I get it—and that’s exactly why I bought it. For road use, I’m not convinced it’s the most travel-friendly thing, but for a stationary “showpiece” stand, it’s seriously cool.
