The CM20C feels like proper metal (it’s heavier, looks nicer), it’s smaller than my cheap one, and it absolutely hits harder—especially when I want that deep pressure on my thighs and lower back after a long day of deliveries. I also show the controls: battery light, intensity lights, and the surprise “5th mode” where it automatically adjusts speed based on how hard you press. Final thoughts: I genuinely didn’t think a more expensive massager would matter, but this one proved me wrong—just don’t try changing the head while it’s running.
