I found this beautiful Trip-Tip at my local grocery store and knew I had to cook this bad boy up!! We quick pickled some red onions, made a homemade horseradish sauce, reverse seared the Sri-Tip and made an amazing flatbread. This is one of those cooks that just blew me away.
