Today we smoked a pork brisket from Mangalitsa Estates just like a beef brisket. Seasoned with Kosher Salt, Pork Mafia #16 Black Pepper and Pork Mafias Texas Gold seasoning. Smoked low and slow with oak for about 6 hours with about an hour rest. Sliced it up and ate! This was absolutely delicious! Definitely worth checking out and trying when you can.
