PERFECTLY CRISPY & SMOKEY CHICKEN WINGS! Smoke Fried Wings On The Weber Smokey Mountain.

The only real answer to getting crispy smoked chicken wings is to do a quick fry after smoking!! These wings were smoked on the Weber Smokey Mountain with Jealous Devil Lump Charcoal and some pecan chunks. This gave an amazing smoke flavor. After smoking these were fried for only about 5 minutes to get that great crunchy texture! Salt brined with Twisted Oliver All Purpose Rub and finished with Heath Riles Honey Rub.
