BEYOND EASY!! Grilled Salmon & Redfish on Weber Kettle.

I used to think grilling fish on the Weber Kettle was only possible if you cooked on foil, cedar… anything but the actual grates! I needed to figure out that all you had to do is prepare and use the grill the right way! Seasoned to perfection with @ParadisePepperCo. Rock’n Chick’n and @riovalleymeatbbq Perfecto. @getgraza oil on the fish and grates. Cooked with @JealousDevil lump charcoal.
