About This Video

I headed to IKEA to see what’s new for fall 2025—seasonal collections, updates to existing basics, and even a big refresh to IKEA’s higher-end Stockholm 2025 line. Quick heads up: this was filmed at a Canadian IKEA, so all the prices you see are in Canadian dollars. I walked through the showroom hunting for the pieces that actually feel worth it, and I shared what I genuinely loved… and what totally missed the mark for me. The Stockholm 2025 drop is the star this year (almost 100 new products), and I was especially excited about the new modular Stockholm sofa—design-forward, flexible, and honestly a great-looking option if you want that designer vibe without going full Design Within Reach pricing. I also loved the boucle armchair, the simple rolling side table, and the cabinet with rattan sliding doors. On the flip side, the new Stockholm rugs and a busy cushion pattern just weren’t it for me. Beyond Stockholm, I noticed a big color trend across IKEA—more bold, interesting colorways on everyday items like pegboards, bath mats, even speakers and doormats. I also covered IKEA’s fall collection (Hostagill—cozy, warm tones, candles, baking dishes), the textural Maven collection, pantry-friendly Kossebar, and the cute black-and-white Halloween line Kustfyr. And yes, I wrapped it all up with a very “real life” mini haul—featuring the most exciting item of all: a toilet brush.
