Welcome to another Monday vlog in fourth grade! Today, I wanted to focus on social studies… I’ve recently been asked how teaching social studies is doing so I figured I’d share an update! If you didn’t know, last year I only taught math and science but this year I am teaching math, science, and social studies because of the way our schedule worked out. The fourth grade curriculum for social studies is all about Texas history which means I have a LOT to learn since I didn’t grow up in this state. But, I am learning as I go and just recently made a BIG change that I think will really help.
