This weekend vlog is basically my “real life reset” before spring break. I’ve got one more week of school and then I’m heading out on another international trip, so this weekend was all about getting my life together—packing, running around for a few unexpected things, and sticking to my Sunday routine so Monday doesn’t feel chaotic. It’s super casual and chatty, so if you’re in the mood to just hang out and disconnect for a bit, this is that kind of video. I share what I’m currently training for (yes, besides Nationals for powerlifting), do a little post-gym celebration, and then we get into the packing portion—what I actually use, what makes travel feel easier, and the little essentials I don’t skip when I’m going overseas. At the end, I plan ahead for the school week and walk through my weekly check-in routine where I set up my to-do lists and focus on one simple March goal. It’s not a teaching vlog, but it’s still very much the systems-and-routines side of me that helps teaching feel lighter.
