About This Video

I went live with Jeremy and Chrissy to celebrate a pretty wild milestone—our YouTube channel turned 6 years old today. We kicked it off with the most on-brand thing ever: technical difficulties. Buffering, phones not cooperating, chats acting weird… but we got it working and jumped right into hanging out with y’all, catching up, and laughing at ourselves like we always do. We talked about how our tornado warning videos brought a lot of folks to the channel (Oklahoma life is real life), even though the heart of Paragon Ridge Ranch is the day-to-day homestead and ranch work. We also chatted about what’s changed over the years—less “how to make potatoes” and more real, personable ranch life—plus random but very important topics like my cowgirl candy obsession (jalapeños + syrup on everything), redbud jelly (and the tick-city nightmare), and my hunt for the vintage “hen on the nest” glassware for hatchery egg photos. We wrapped it up with a whole debate on flying, heights, ladders, and why Jeremy refuses planes and roller coasters—because apparently I married a man who won’t even use free first-class tickets.
