Why study for finals when you can participate in an Ebay building competition? No local pickups. 6) Tax must not be included in the budget. 7) SATA cables & thermal paste must not be included in the budget. 8) No coupon codes. 9) No pre-built PCs (i.e. no Dell Optiplexes). 10) All purchased products must be added to the final budget (even if unused). 11) Purchased products cannot be resold/flipped and added back to the budget. 12) Drives must be standardized and deducted across the board from the allocated budget. 13) We will all buy the same drive for the same price. All other components are fair game. 14) No mail-in rebates. 15) The prices of components that arrive DOA can be immediately reimbursed. 16) Any RGB adds 1,000,000 points to the final score. 17) The cost of Windows 10 will not be included in the final budget (tests can be conducted with an unactivated copy). 18) Must include at least four part installations/four separate purchases. 19) Peripheral prices will not be included in the final budget.
