About This Video

In this GRWM, I’m getting ready to take Instagram pictures, so I’m doing my everyday makeup that photographs cute without doing the absolute most. I start with my pore minimizer (tea tree from The Body Shop), then go in with foundation and set it down with loose powder. For concealer, I’ve been using my Juvia’s Place concealer plus the LA Girl Pro Color mixing pigment in yellow, because my undertones are more yellow and a lot of store-bought products pull orange on me. That little yellow mixer has been helping so much with getting my base to look actually color-specific. I set with Morphe Bake & Set in Banana Rich and mix it with the Collab loose powder in Sand (even though it leans a little reddish on me, the combo just works). I also try that eyebrow “hack” with clear Duo lash glue to stick the hairs in place before I fill with ABH Dipbrow in Dark Brown, then I clean up with LA Girl Pro Concealer in Pure Beige. For eyes, I keep it soft and neutral using my ABH x Jackie Aina palette (New Yorker + a little 1988 and Georgia), add a thin wing with my e.l.f. liner (hooded-eye friendly), then highlight, blush, mascara, and my favorite ombré glossy lip. I finish by flattening the top of my hair with a hot comb, add curls, and we’re photo-ready.
