About This Video

Tidewe sent me a hunting blind to check out… and I guess I should say they sent me two. In this video I set them up and show you why the big selling point of the Tidewe Viz/Viz Trilogy style blinds is the see-through (from the inside) wall material. Sitting inside, I can see out just fine, but from the outside you’re not seeing back in toward me—exactly what you want when you’re trying to stay hidden on public land. I also go over the build and the “twist” with this setup: it’s a 3-in-1 system. You can run them as two separate blinds (about a 2–3 person blind each), zip them together into one bigger 4–6 person blind for extra people and gear (or camera guys and equipment like me), or reconfigure panels to make a smaller pop-up ground blind. On the durability side, it’s built with 300D cordura, a heavy-duty hub, reinforced straps, wind ropes, and solid stakes—basically tougher than a lot of bargain-bin blinds I’ve already managed to break over time. If you need flexibility for different hunts, this is a pretty slick way to get it.
