Welcome to another video! In this video, I simply show you how to resolve a high power error when connecting USB accessories to your Samsung or Android smartphone. This may occur with external drives (HDDs/SSDs), USB thumb drives and USB hubs. Hopefully this is of use to someone! In my case, this error occurred when trying to connect a USB-C hub to my Samsung A52s 5G to use a 1TB External HDD (WD). TLDR: 1. Unplug everything 2. Plug device in slowly. If you're still getting errors, keep reading 3. Blow out your USB port. (Rotate connector and try again (USB-C).) 4. Eventually, your devices should connect. In my case, I had to unplug the USB HDD from the USB hub, plug the hub in a few times, then plug the HDD in. It's a janky solution but it works!
