In this video, I review the QCY T1C Bluetooth wireless earbuds and I kick things off with the price—around 60 Malaysian Ringgit, which is roughly 15 US dollars. For that kind of budget, I was honestly surprised by what you’re getting here. I also cover the IPX4 water resistance, and while it’s definitely on the lower grade, I’d say light rain, a bit of water, and some dust should be fine—just don’t go too crazy with it. I spend a good chunk of time talking about the design because QCY did something different: the case has no top lid. I’ve got to give props to the design team because it looks cool and it’s super small and lightweight, but I do worry about dust and debris if you toss it into your bag. That said, the earbuds are magnetically locked in, so they don’t just fall out easily—you actually need a bit of force to pry them out. For sound, I didn’t expect this from a 60 ringgit earphone: punchy bass, good treble, good mids, and a pretty balanced tuning that feels closer to earbuds in the 120–250 ringgit range. I also do a real-life mic test, cover battery/charging (micro USB, sadly), and wrap up with Bluetooth 5.0 connectivity and fast auto pairing.
