About This Video

In this video, I review the ASUS TUF M4 Dual Wireless gaming mouse and break down what you’re actually getting in the box before I give my own thoughts. I go over the dual wireless modes (2.4GHz with the USB-A dongle and Bluetooth LE), the 12,000 DPI optical sensor, and the on-the-fly four-level DPI button that sits right next to the wheel (which honestly looks like a little tire). I also talk about the design choices like the ambidextrous shape, the premium PBT top cover with a matte finish, and the 100% PTFE feet that help it glide smoothly. I also cover the battery setup, since it’s powered by either AA or AAA batteries, and ASUS includes a converter holder so you can run AAA in an AA form for a claimed 10% weight reduction. Personally, I don’t feel it’s a huge difference, but it’s nice that they include it. I do a quick click sound/mic test too—clicks are crisp and spot on—but I noticed I needed a bit more force to click compared to my ROG Gladius Wireless 3 and the Razer DeathAdder Essential. Overall though, for the features you’re getting at this price range, I think the TUF M4 is very decent.
