ASUS I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED 😡

Whatever you do, don't ever purchase your tech from the Asus outlet in Mid Valley, Kuala Lumpur. Nobody should ever pay for something that is faulty/broken. It's an absolute waste of time with the lousy customer service that they provide. Another thing I've forgotten to mention in the video is that the "supervisor" said I was the only one out of all the buyers that complained about this specific model. If the first product that I received was clearly acknowledged by him as faulty, I don't see any reason why it wouldn't be possible for my replacement product to also be in a similar state.
