Wandering what to put in Easter eggs for toddlers instead of candy or disposable gifts? Hiding unfilled eggs brings just as much joy during the hunt, less stress the day after, and has many other benefits you may not have thought of previously. Unfilled eggs don't detract from the fun, in my experience they make egg hunts with toddlers even more fun! Shifting the focus to enjoying each other's company and off of consumerism, sweets, or little treasures that will end up in the garbage on Monday morning. Chances are there will be plenty of sweets in the Easter baskets or on the Easter table anyway.
