About This Video

Good morning everybody—this video is all about getting my Jeep Gladiator overlanding setup organized without constantly re-strapping everything in the truck bed. I recently came across T-MAT (honestly surprised I hadn’t heard of them sooner), and even though their marketing looks more work-truck focused, I thought it could be a solid solution for camping and overlanding. They sent me a kit for review (free product), but the video isn’t sponsored, and everything I share is my honest take. I walk through what comes in the box—12x12 panels, 12x2 filler strips, a mallet, and a bunch of different blockers—then I show the install process on my Decked system. After installing it (yes, alignment took me a bit), I loaded my typical gear: water jugs, cooler, stove, power station, snack box, and the never-ending box. The whole goal was simple: stop the cooler and stove from sliding, keep the water jugs locked in, and make the bed layout faster and cleaner. A month later, after four trips including rough terrain, my overall impression is the T-MAT has been amazing for my use—especially for keeping my power station, cooler, and water jugs in place. I also share the real-world tradeoffs: you lose a tiny bit of bed height, you’ll lose easy access to those small Decked top compartments, and not all blockers are equal (the light-duty tall ones were basically useless off-road).
