In this video I do a quick, real-world room tour of our Ocean View (window) stateroom on the Celebrity Infinity—room 3124 on deck 3—so you can get a feel for what you’re actually getting before you book. I walk through the storage first (because that’s what always matters when you’re living out of a small space): the main closet with hangers and room for suitcases, extra shelves with a safe, and a bunch of small drawers. I also show the desk area with power (two US plugs and two European), the TV, the fridge/mini-bar situation (stocked with paid items), and the connecting door setup we used to link up with friends next door. Then I get into the sleeping area and why we set it up the way we did: two twin beds pushed together to keep the room from feeling too tight, extra blankets because we don’t share, and an extra pillow because I like a lot of pillows. I also show the window size (it’s actually a pretty big window) and the small couch that folds into a bed. Finally, I cover the bathroom layout—shower with shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispensers, towel racks, hooks, and the one thing I didn’t love: the flush button placement that basically forces you to put the seat down. Overall, the room met our needs, had plenty of storage, and we didn’t regret choosing a window room over a balcony.
