In this vlog, I’m taking you along on our 9-day “Best of Greece” sailing on the Celebrity Infinity—our first cruise with Celebrity after doing two Princess cruises. Leslie and I were traveling with family (six of us total), and right from embarkation day you can see the theme of the trip: a lot of ports, a lot of walking, and a whole lot of “heat, heat, heat.” We hit Chania (Crete), Santorini, Kusadasi/Ephesus (Turkey), Mykonos, Kavala, and Thessaloniki, plus a couple sea days where we tried to actually enjoy the ship—shows, trivia, pool deck time, and basically recovering from nonstop port days. I also share the real-world stuff you actually want to know: boarding was fast (we were on the ship in about 10 minutes), the Celebrity app is worth downloading even without Wi‑Fi, and I don’t think the $10 shuttle in Chania should’ve been a paid add-on. Santorini was a whole situation too—power outage, cable car not running, and we ended up doing a €30 water taxi to Oya that was unexpectedly awesome and got us there before the crowds. At the end, I give my honest review on food (pizza was the standout, buffet could be salty/not hot), Celiac accommodations, Wi‑Fi, window vs balcony savings, and how Celebrity Infinity compared to our Princess experiences.
