About This Video

In this vlog, I’m sharing a real, normal day in our house as a stay-at-home, homeschooling mom of four—nothing fancy, just the kind of cleaning and routines it takes to keep things from totally falling apart. You’ll see the basics that make the biggest difference for me: dishes, laundry (because it never ends), feeding my kids, and doing a quick reset so I can wake up to a calmer home. It’s the realistic stuff—frozen waffles and strawberries for breakfast, cleaning up birthday party leftovers, and squeezing in chores in between everything else. I also open up about a health scare I’ve been dealing with, including chest pain I’ve ignored way too long, an EKG that came back with a “nonspecific t-wave abnormality,” and the anxiety that sent me into. I share what I’m doing next (finding a primary care doctor, more blood work, possibly redoing the EKG) and how it’s been a wake-up call for me—especially around stress, slowing down, and my binge eating habits. By the end of the day, I’m back in my laundry room doing what I always do: folding one more load, trying to tidy the kitchen one last time, and reminding you that even a small nighttime reset counts—especially on the days when you don’t feel your best.
