Hey hey guys — in this video I’m doing a HUGE whole-house pack and declutter with me because we’re selling our house (like… very soon) and we already bought our new home. We’re not moving across the country or anything, just to a new neighborhood, but packing up a family of six (four kids and a dog) is still a lot. My goal was to declutter as I packed, because I’m finally understanding that even “garage stuff” still carries weight on your soul and your mind. So I’m touching every space, packing what we’re keeping, and being as brutal as I can about what needs to go. I tackle problem areas like closets, attic bins, linens, and under-the-sink bathroom stuff (hello, old makeup I never use). I share what I donated to Goodwill, what I gave away locally for free, and why getting rid of bulky things—like that office desk I never liked—felt like a literal weight lifted. I also share moving tips that are actually making this season easier, like using linen storage bags with handles and a window so I can see what’s inside, and using Saran wrap to keep dresser drawers closed so you don’t have to pack every single piece of clothing. Plus you’ll see my kids helping, little life updates (homeschool timing), and a quick peek at a vintage table set I scored for the new house.
