Hey guys—this one is an extreme clean and declutter style reset, but it’s also super chatty because it had been a while since I posted and I wanted to catch you up on real life. I start in the kitchen doing what feels like the never-ending cycle (dishes, wiping counters, and dealing with the “little piles” that make the whole space feel cluttered). I also do a fridge clean-out and grocery reload, and I talk about why I actually love having a counter-depth fridge—it keeps me from shoving food in there and forgetting what we have, which means I waste way less. Then I tackle the garage drink fridge that we brought from our old house and never fully cleaned after moving. It was one of those “we’re busy homeschooling four kids and life is chaos” things that just sat too long, but getting it reset made such a difference (bye, sparkling water pile on the counter). I also reset my bedroom and bathroom because lately I’ve been viewing that as therapeutic—like a cleansing, fresh-start ritual for me and my husband’s space. Along the way I share what I’m working on personally too: a stronger morning routine, reading more (Bible + fun fiction), working out daily, and getting back into intermittent fasting because it’s the only thing that truly helps me stop binge-eating sweets.
