In this one I’m just out for a little poodle on the Triumph Bonneville T120 on a proper crisp, sunny Lancashire day, having a catch-up and stretching the legs before the Christmas weather turns. I roll past Woody’s Snack Bar by the River Lune (cracking spot for a walk if you’re up here) and chat through a couple of things that have been going on behind the scenes. Big one: the Bonneville’s first MOT after three years… and it actually failed. Not for anything serious, but for my personalised rear number plate—same physical size as a legal plate, but the lettering was apparently too small. I’ll be honest, I was surprised, and the tester’s attitude didn’t help either. I swapped the old plate back on to get it through and I’ll just swap plates for MOTs going forward. I’m also testing the DJI Action 6 on auto in mixed light (trees, bright sun) and talking about why the square sensor is a game-changer for me—one clip that can be cropped for YouTube, Instagram reels, or square formats.
