About This Video

This weekend reset vlog is basically me trying to live a little outside the 9–6, even when Singapore is just… heat. Heat. Heat. I start from Friday and ease into the weekend with a slower pace, then on Saturday I go into my morning routine before heading out for a really cute activity: an art jamming session with cats that we booked using SG Culture Pass credits. It was a 2-hour session where we could paint freely (choose canvas size + medium) while also interacting with the cats—some were super extroverted and kept coming over for pets, cuddles, and literally sitting in our laps. A lot of the cats there were rescued and up for adoption, and the staff shared their origins while giving us time to play and feed them. My little brother came along too and he was fully locked in—he wanted to paint Pikachu (and a cat holding a gun…), so I helped with the outline and the staff helped him with the other drawing. To wrap up the weekend, I do the cozy stuff that makes me feel reset: cafe runs, baking cookies (yes, the cookie dough debate happened), and finishing strong with a 10k run. It’s a simple reminder that little routines + small plans can make the week feel less heavy.
