This week I’m taking you with me to Hokkaido in winter for a 6-day itinerary that’s basically snow, good food, and little moments that made me go “wait… this is so pretty.” I start in Sapporo (Mt. After that, it’s a drive to Niseko for udon, coffee, and a full ski day at Niseko Grand Tokyu Hirafu. I also share tiny practical things we did along the way (like grabbing Hokkaido milk from MaxValu) and end with a fun stamp rally moment at New Chitose Airport.
