About This Video

This week in my life is basically me trying to slow down and soak in my last summer break before I step into full-time work. I’m sharing the quiet, simple parts—reading (I just finished Night Circus and started Every Summer After), cleaning my messy table, and easing into the week with a calm morning routine. It’s very much that “romanticize the little moments” vibe, because I really wanted to hold onto the stillness and the core memories before life gets a lot more structured. I also brought you along for a really big personal milestone: my first ever YouTube event. While I was getting ready, I talked about how I started YouTube at 16 after tearing my ACL and feeling super stuck at home post-surgery. YouTube was my escapism, and learning to film and edit from scratch helped me find beauty again when everything felt heavy. The event itself was a creator gathering around an NBA Rising Stars match, and I did a mini haul of the NBA + YouTube swag after. To wrap up the vlog, it’s little Singapore adventures—an IKEA run, making drinks at home (strawberry milk + coffees + matcha), a ramen stop at Enishi, and heading to iLight. It’s a soft, chatty reminder that consistency, small routines, and showing up for yourself really does add up over time.
