It’s been three months since I started my full-time job, and I finally had leave to use—so I took a day off just to do a super chill JB day. This was honestly what I’d been looking forward to: eating my way through places I keep seeing on social media, cafe-hopping, and just exploring without rushing. In this vlog I bring you along to a few different stops (from coffee to matcha to little pockets to walk around), and I share my real thoughts as we go. One of my main highlights was Matcha Lalu because you know I can’t not have matcha in the morning. We got the pistachio matcha and a fluffy matcha (basically cold whisk matcha), and the pistachio one was genuinely so good—the pistachio sauce worked really well with the matcha latte. For the powder, you can choose between Forest Cloud and Niko Neko; I went with Niko Neko this time since I usually drink Forest Cloud. After that, we spent time walking around Kota Jail, which was really pretty and nice to explore… even though it was so hot that day.
