About This Video

This one’s my post-event report from Eeb.it! — the UK’s first all-terrain electric mountainboard competition, held at BugsBoarding over the 14th and 15th of August. I’m basically taking you through the weekend with all the action: the riding, the atmosphere, and what it’s like when a bunch of eMTB/e-mountainboard people finally get together and race properly on a dedicated venue. If you’ve only ever seen electric boards on paths and car parks, this is the opposite of that. BugsBoarding is built for off-road progression, and it really shows when you put riders head-to-head. My big takeaway is how much events like this push the scene forward—everyone learns faster, setups get tested under real pressure, and you come away with a proper list of things you want to improve on your own board (and probably a few things you broke along the way). If you’re curious about getting involved, I also link BugsBoarding, my Patreon for behind-the-scenes stuff, and the shop where we stock parts and bits for builds.
