About This Video

I tried the Aula F87 Pro V2 because people kept calling it “viral,” and I’m not gonna lie—this is the creamiest $90 keyboard I’ve ever tried. In this video I go through what you actually get in the box (the usual manual, extra switches/keycap, switch puller), then I jump straight into the stuff that matters: sound, feel, features, and whether they’re cutting corners to hit that price. Also yes, I have the best colorway… because what the hell is this? The V2 is stacked with features for a budget TKL: an LED “magic screen” plus two buttons that can show what key is pressed and more, super convenient dongle/switch placement (no more being a turtle), and the brightest RGB I’ve personally seen—RGB around the whole board with an extra strip too. Aula also claims 8,000Hz polling, and if that’s real, that’s pretty wild at $90. The X3 switches are comfy for light typing, the light diffuser makes the RGB look soft, and the stock pre-lube is actually decent. Where it gets annoying is modding: with the 360 lighting, getting inside looks like a pain, so I didn’t open it. Internally it’s basically PC plate + gasket mount with the usual foams and silicone dampening—nothing special. My take: if you want a TKL that sounds good stock and you love RGB/screen features, it’s an easy yes. If you want cheaper with less RGB and no screen, options like the Ink G87 are worth considering.
