In this video I’m showing you my easy little “mass-making” trick for tags, because I don’t want to spend hours on just one tag. I grabbed one of my Taperlogy collage packs (Leaf Paper Fragrance / Lost Memories) and backed the papers to turn them into tags, then I cut them down into a cute smaller size—about 2 3/4 x 4. The best part is you can instantly end up with multiple tags that already look finished before you even start embellishing. From there, I just played—inked the edges, auditioned labels, stamps, and a few vintage bits from my stash, and tried really hard not to overthink it (because I will overthink it if I let myself). I added a little cheesecloth to soften things up, then finished the tops with fibers/trims and a few small charms. I also share little tips along the way—like how paper “doesn’t have a memory” if it starts curling, why I like using the bigger hole on my Big Bite to get trims through easier, and how you can still stitch around your tags later for that extra detail. These came together so fast, and you’ve still got journaling space on the back—perfect for spring junk journals.
