Hi everyone—Sandy here (Kentucky Krafter). In this video I went down a total rabbit hole with inchies and twinies (and yes, I still think “twunchies” is just a riot). I’m focusing on twinies today, which are 2 inch by 2 inch little art squares, and I’m showing you exactly what they are, how I’m making them, and why they’re such a fun way to use up what we already have—master boards, inky backgrounds, watercolor scraps, sticker book bits, tiny ephemera, and all the little die-cut leftovers we all hoard. I talk through easy base options (thick cardstock, chipboard, or even cutting down a playing card), then I decorate a handful on camera with things like Tim Holtz-style focal points, labels, numbers, postage, and even some tiny scrap strips for a modern-abstract look. I’m inking edges, rounding corners, and sharing ideas for how to use these in junk journals—clusters, tuck spots, mini journal tabs, paper clips, and happy mail swaps.
