Good morning, guys—this vlog is our EPCOT day at Disney World with our family of 6, and it was very cold, so we were fully in the “bundle everybody up with layers” mode. We grabbed a quick breakfast at Starbucks because it was the closest thing, and then we just kind of rolled with the day. We did the Journey of Water (the Moana area), which is super cute and would be amazing on a hot day because there’s water everywhere, and then we headed to the Nemo area. A lot of this trip honestly looked like divide-and-conquer—my mom and Joe taking the big kids on rides (like Ratatouille) while I hung back with Harper because she will only nap in the carrier on me. We also stopped in France for a little quiet break (truly the nicest moment of silence), and we found hidden ice cream that was so worth it—I got hazelnut and it was amazing. Later, we did our Space 220 dining reservation, which was such a cool experience, especially with the “going to space” elevator. I also share what it looked like doing a sit-down restaurant with a baby who just wants to be on my level. Then the next day, before heading home, we closed out the trip with the 1900 Park Fare character breakfast at the Grand Floridian. It was a really sweet way to end everything—princess murals, Mickey waffles for the kids, and characters like Tiana and Cinderella—just a fun, memorable finish before we got in the car and went home.
