Happy Easter, everyone. In this vlog I’m taking you along for our Easter as a family of six—lots of mess, lots of chaos, but soooo much love. We start the morning getting everyone out the door for an early Mass (with four kids, it’s always an adventure), but before we go we do Easter baskets. There’s candy (obviously), little toys, books, crafting supplies, and Harper’s first Easter goodies—plus plenty of sibling commentary and “that’s not your stuff” moments. After Mass we head to my mom’s house for the full family day: cousins together, my sister’s new baby (so two baby girls having their first Easter), dessert prep that had to survive the Florida heat, and an egg hunt that brings me so much joy—especially seeing Sean really able to do it this year. I also share a couple Catholic mom resources we love for Mass, like the Hallow “family mass prep” and Riley’s MagnifiKid booklet so she can actually follow along (especially with her First Communion coming up). We wrap up the next day with the real-life reset: consolidating candy, cleaning up, and trying to eat breakfast instead of Sour Patch—while just rejoicing that the Lord is risen.
