About This Video

Hey YouTubers—today I’m walking you through a 2023 Flagstaff Microlite 22FBS, and I’m looking at it the same way most of us do: as a camper, not a dealer. I start with the sizes and capacities (pause that spec sheet if you want to study it), then we do a full outside walkaround. I cover the molded front cap with that tinted “windshield” and LED accent strip, the diamond plate rock guard, dual 30-lb propane tanks, power tongue jack, and the big battery box that’ll take an optional 400 amp hour lithium battery. I also show the pass-through storage with key-to-like locks, the long 15-foot power awning with LED lighting, outside speakers, TV hookups, and the Goodyear Endurance tires with TPMS and alloy wheels. From there I hop up on the walkable roof to show the 200-watt solar panel, 15K BTU A/C, and the MaxxAir vent cover, then we head inside for the floorplan and the livability stuff that matters. I really liked the deep sink and solid-surface counter, the pop-up outlet, the Magic Chef oven and 3-burner stove with that flush glass cover, the fireplace, and the TV on an articulating mount. The 60x80 queen bed has outlets on both sides and lots of windows, and there’s a deep pantry and impressive storage overall—though I do call out a couple “not so good” things, like cabinet doors that don’t stay up and bed struts that don’t want to hold the mattress. I finish in the bathroom with the roomy shower, porcelain foot-flush toilet, MaxxAir fan, and that shower miser setup, then I ask you to tell me how you think this compares to a Rockwood since they sure look like they’re coming out of the same place.
